Canon had a Hollywood red carpet event last night. Why? Because they’ve announced two new EOS “movie DSLRs”: the C300 cinema camera and a prototype for a full-frame sensor, 4K resolution, 24fps movie camera.

I’m mainly interested in this new line of lenses. They’re still compatible, so I’m looking forward to seeing the still photographs people take with the cinematic lenses.
